Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Language Trainer in the reputed schools from the districts of Vellore, Ranipet, and Thiruvannamalai. The English Language Trainer will be responsible for facilitating engaging and effective lessons, focusing on English language skills to enhance students’ fluency, accuracy, and confidence in communication. Day-to-day activities include preparing lesson plans, teaching grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, evaluating student progress, and tailoring instructional methods to suit individual learning needs. The role also involves fostering a positive and supportive learning environment while maintaining academic standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in English Teaching, Language Teaching, or general Teaching roles
• Strong background in Education and knowledge of best teaching practices
• Excellent Writing and communication skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and aspiration to teach can also apply
• Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language (e.g., TEFL/TESOL) is advantageous
• Exceptional organizational and classroom management skills
